General Facilities Information

The first building, the SDSU Innovation Center, is a 28,000 square foot two-story building with innovative architectural design, both external and internal. Office and lab space can be customized to accommodate all levels of businesses, from start-up to well-established companies.

The entrance of the building leads you into an innovative architectural designed rotunda with large structural wood and steel beams – a great first impression for companies recruiting new clients or meeting with existing clients. The rotunda is large enough to host receptions, community gatherings, and business meetings. The Innovation Center offers an executive conference room on the first floor, a class-room conference room on the second floor, a common kitchen, break room, and work room, as well as a shipping and receiving area.

Phase II of the Innovation Center building will add 32,000 square feet of additional office and lab space for a total of 60,000 square feet. The Innovation Center is the place for innovative companies on the cutting-edge.
