The South Dakota State University Innovation Campus is located right off I-29 and U.S. Highway-14 bypass in Brookings, South Dakota, 48 miles from the Sioux Falls Regional Airport on 125-acres located at the front door of SDSU’s main entrance, easily accessible for students, employees, and business partners.

Directions driving NORTH from the Sioux Falls Regional Airport, Sioux Falls, South Dakota:

1. Start out going Southeast on North Jaycee Lane toward North Minnesota Avenue/SD-115 (0.2 miles)
2. Turn left onto North Minnesota Avenue/SD-115 North and continue to follow North Minnesota Avenue (1.6 miles)
3. Turn LEFT onto West 60th Street North (2.0 miles)
4. Merge onto I-29 North toward Brookings (49.2 miles)
5. Take the I-29-BL/US-14 exit 132 toward Brookings/Huron (0.2 miles)
6. Take the ramp toward Brookings/Huron (0.1 miles)
7. Turn LEFT onto US-15 West (1.4 miles)
8. Turn RIGHT onto 22nd Avenue (0.1 miles)
9. End at South Dakota State University Innovation Campus
